SUBSCRIPTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

Eligibility

You must be an Australian resident, at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. The subscription and its benefits are for personal use only and must not be used in a business or for business purposes.

Subscription Inclusions

  • Machine: 
Access to a Breville coffee machine as selected by you (Bambino Plus, Barista Pro or Dynamic Duo) during the 12-month subscription term. You must purchase the machine over 12 months which is inclusive within your monthly subscription fee. The machine remains the property of Coffee Hit until the full subscription is paid, or the early termination fee is paid, at which point ownership will transfer to you.
  • Coffee:
 Monthly 1kg, 1.5kg, or 2kg deliveries of a Coffee Hit blend (Ultimate, Exotica, Fiend) as selected by you (12 deliveries in total). Delivery is included within your monthly subscription fee. If you wish to cancel your subscription prior to the conclusion of the 12-month term, an early termination fee will apply and any future monthly coffee deliveries will be terminated.
  • Online Home Espresso Masterclass:
    Exclusive access to our online Home Espresso Masterclass by Australian Latte Art Champion, Erin Sampson.
  • 15% off additional coffee purchases:
    15% off all online coffee purchases from our web shop at coffeehit.com.au during the 12-month subscription term. This discount cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discounts.

Warranties

All three Breville coffee machine models come with a standard two-year warranty. Please retain your Guarantee card and Coffee Hit Sales Order Receipt as proof of purchase in order for your guarantee to be valid. These documents must be presented in the event of making a claim under the terms of the Breville Replacement Guarantee. For more on the Breville Warranty, click here.

Pricing & Payment

The monthly fee, defined as the subscription fee, is calculated in accordance to the machine AND the amount of coffee delivered each month, as selected by you. This fee is payable monthly over the 12-month term and is displayed on the website upon check out.

Your selected credit card will be charged each month prior to your coffee delivery. We are not responsible or liable for any administration fees or other additional fees that your financial services provider or the payment processor may charge.

If for any reason your card issuer declines this payment, you will be charged a $10 dishonour fee. If you need to update your selected payment method you can email sales@coffeehit.com.au or call our customer care team on (03) 9421 5585.

Sign-up Fee

Coffee Hit requires you to pay a once off sign-up fee of $100 as shown on the Website before we can arrange delivery of the Machine. This sign-up fee covers the setup of your subscription and delivery of your machine.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your subscription prior to the conclusion of the 12-month term, an early termination fee will apply as follows – Bambino Plus ($450 incl), Barista Pro ($775 incl) and Dynamic Duo ($1350 incl). Once this early cancellation fee is paid, ownership of the machine will be transferred to you and any future monthly coffee deliveries will be terminated.
